Large Project

A National Company with 35 branches in South Florida was desperately unhappy with its janitorial vendor and after careful research hired Yorkshire Building Service. Our biggest challenge? The customer wanted the same start date for all 35 facilities. What could have been unorganized chaos, instead went off without a hitch.

Long before the start date, Yorkshire Building Service had everything in place: staffing and supervision; walkthroughs with janitors, helping us to know each facility thoroughly; working keys, security cards, and codes; training sessions for staff on everything from safety protocol to cleaning methods; janitorial uniforms cleaned and pressed. We delivered numerous vacuum cleaners, trash bins, and cleaning supplies, all on the same day.

The transition was a huge success. Yorkshire Building Service made drastic improvements to the cleanliness of the facilities, which previously were in a disgusting state. We received nothing but compliments from the customer for our expert handling of all 35 sites.

In 2008 after 2 years of servicing 35 branches, we were invited to sign a 3 year contract extension.

First Class Hotel

A famous Five Star Hotel secured our service to better manage the cleaning of its various kitchens and restaurants which got very dirty everyday. The hotel had tried three different cleaning services in less than two years, but none had been able to keep their promise of spotless cleaning every night.

Once Yorkshire came on board, the daunting task of eliminating the large accumulation of grime and grease from the kitchen was no longer an issue. Finally their guests were eating fine dining in impeccably kept restaurants.
