Sweeping wet mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, wiping, cleaning all horizontal surfaces, cleaning partitions, entrance doors, etc, etc.

Restroom Cleaning

Clean and sanitize inside and outside of toilets and urinals, scour, disinfect sinks and clean faucets.

Clean countertops, mirrors, polish all chrome. Sweep wet mop floors, restock paper, etc..

Supplies

Yorkshire provides all cleaning supplies and equipment.  If necessary we can provide toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. at extremely competitive rates.

New Customers

For new customers we would select only janitors who have proven themselves at other Yorkshire accounts.  Our goal is to have the same crew working at the same facility, all the time.

O.S.H.A.

All O.S.H.A. laws are strictly complied with, and chemicals stored, as per OSHA requirements.

Uniform

Janitors wear Yorkshire T-shirts and khaki pants, with a photo ID badge.

Strip and wax vinyl (V.C.T.) floors.

Buff vinyl floors, regular buffing and propane (hi-speed).

Scrub and seal ceramic floors.

Strip, seal and polish marble floors.

Hi-speed buffing of marble floors.

to first class cleaning and floor care work, since 2004 we have added two separate divisions.  A full service maintenance unit and also a painting division.  Only skilled electricians, carpenters, plumbers and painters, etc. are employed.

We are contracted with a large national company to paint the interior of over three dozen of their branches in South Florida, on a regular basis.  We also paint many of our customer’s interiors and exteriors.  Superb work, at affordable prices.
