Today our company provides service to firms of all sizes throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties and North Miami. With responsive management, capable janitorial crews and our own inspection and supervisory system, we have built solid customer support and trust. Our customers will confirm our competence, integrity and consistency.

All hiring's at our company are referrals from our present employees, which has generally ensured that we employ reliable, trustworthy janitors. However, we still perform a background check and verify employment history for all new employees.  Work performance records (gained from our supervisors inspections and customer comments) are kept on all janitors.

For new customers we only employ janitors who have proven themselves at other Yorkshire accounts. Our  goal is to have the same janitors working at the same customers, all the time.

Our two supervisors have been with Yorkshire Building Services since 1992 and 1996. They oversee our accounts to ensure that all cleaning requirements are being met.  They regularly inspect our customers facilities, and if there should be a customer enquiry, it is addressed promptly and personally. Our supervisors and myself are  available anytime for a walk through inspection with our customers.

Training: All Yorkshire Building Services personnel, including janitors, supervisors and support staff, receive formal training in order to serve our customers more effectively.  Further, most of our staff is comprised of long-term employees.

Safety: Safety on the job is of paramount importance, which means that all new hires are formally indoctrinated in our Safety Policy and Practices.  The combination of education and training not only helps attract and retain top class janitors but also ensures that our customers will receive the finest service possible.
