Hello, I'm David Gray, President of Yorkshire Building Services, Inc.  In 1991, I started a small company in South Florida with a simple premise.....  to offer reliable and effective janitorial service at highly competitive rates.

I realized quite early on that there were predominantly two kinds of janitorial services here.

First there is the cleaning service that acquires new business by tempting potential customers with promises of "excellent work at exceedingly low budget rates". Sounds great, unfortunately though, their work performance leaves much to be desired. They lose many accounts and waste everybody's time.

The other kind of service is more of a rarity, with a completely different business philosophy. It is a group to which my company has always belonged. Our market niche consists of companies who insist on receiving top quality service at extremely competitive, market rates.
